Here is Senator Ted Steven – apparently talking about net neutrality (but, as George Carlin would say “not so that you’d notice…”). His infamous quote comes near the end. Wait for it.

And here’s the mashup/redux version (I venture to say the music video makes far more sense. And has a much better beat):
